Arthur Laflin holds qualifications in Management
and Business, which are
supported by practical experience in senior and board level appointments
in the United Kingdom, Australia and Papua New Guinea. He also has
qualifications and experience in Learning and Development as well as
Human Resources Management.
Working with small and medium sized companies in a variety of business
sectors enables him to understand performance related business issues
and to work with companies to find practical and profit related
solutions. He has also worked with voluntary organizations in this
country and overseas.
A member of the Investors in People UK Leadership & Management Panel
of Advisors, he also provides support to companies as a Mentor with
Proficient in the use of Personality Profiling tools and various methods
of assessment, he also has considerable experience in Selection and
Recruitment at all levels.
