company with operations in Bury, Birmingham and Cambridge. A review of
the sales team led to changes which strengthed this activity and resulted
in increased business. |

The subsidiary of a USA based group located in Birmingham
and operating worldwide. The company is undergoing a major change programme
and needed support to improve their communications and performance. We
have developed job descriptions and undertaken a full scale psychometric
review of the staff team. Business Briefings have been improved and we
